Summary
We collect your data, but only to allow us to reply to an email that has been sent to us. If you email us we will retain your email message, any information therein, and our reply to you for up to three years after the conclusion of our conversation. Please contact us if you wish us to delete our conversation sooner than this.
We will never share any data that you send us unless legally compelled to do so, such as by government, law enforcement agencies or regulatory bodies.

We do not collect personal information unless contacted by you. Any personal information will be only used to answer queries.
2. How long do we keep data?
Personal information collected when replying to an email question will be retained in order to engage in an email conversation with you. It will be deleted three years after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. You may contact us at any time to request that we delete your personal data.
3. How do we keep your data secure?
Our system is password-protected, both for login and resume-from-standby. We delete the contents of the email trash at the end of every working day.
